The Corners


Stretch and Tone is a fun and enjoyable hour of low impact exercise. This program uses aerobic exercise with the addition of light hand weights to maintain strength and fitness through stretching and flexibility training. Workouts help to release stress, improve posture and strengthen muscles to help prevent injury. This is a free program; participants must sign in each day upon arrival. Preregistration is not required for this program.
