Presenters Allen Hus, OTR/L and Dr. Brittany Denis, PT, will discuss the latest research on the connection between balance and brain health. They will cover the complex sensory systems our brain uses to help us keep our balance, as well as review risk factors for falls and provide actionable steps for simple exercises to challenge and maintain our balance so that we may build movement confidence as we age.

Allen Hus graduated from Western Michigan University in 2012 with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. Brittany Denis graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelors of Biomedical Science with a minor in Nutrition in 2009 and from Des Moines University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013.
