Belightful Yoga for Seniors is in its sixth year at Spirit of Grace Church, 2399 Figa Ave., West Bloomfield 48324.  Wednesdays from 11am to 12noon.  Only $7 per class.  Monthly rate $25.  Get fit for summer.  Increase strength & flexibility.  Make new friends.  All abilities welcome.  We have extra mats.
