West Bloomfield Bands proudly present their award winning Winter Percussion and Color Guard groups Thursday March 28th for the much anticipated “Friends and Family Show”.  This Free event features over one hundred performers and is held at Abbott Middle School from 7:45 to 9:45 PM.

The evening will start with the elementary Color Guard, followed by the JV and Varsity Guard.  Known as the "Sport of the Arts",  a color guard routine involves music, dance, costumes, choreography and is performed with flags, rifles and sabers.  JV and Varsity groups will preform the following shows “Red Carpet Ready” and “I Have Seen It All”.

Winter percussion will top off the evening with their show that includes costumes and props that will feature all percussion elements.  Twenty nine talented musicians tell the visual story “Woven” with choreography and heart pounding rhythms.

All are invited to come watch these hardworking talented groups put on a great show.  This is a Free family event and donations are always accepted.  Light concessions will be available for purchase.
