The market provides the community and employees an opportunity to purchase fresh, locally grown produce. Additional fare includes baked goods, herbs, honey, flowers, seedlings, and products such as pesto and salsa, made in Henry’s, the hospital’s café. A highlight of the market is chefs demonstrating how to prepare a dish with ingredients grown in the hospital’s greenhouse – with free samples.
