GLWA: “Where Does The Water Go?”The Great Lakes Water Authority explains how our local water systems work, from your home to the local waterways and beyond!When we wash our clothes, water our lawns, and do the dishes, the water we use has to go somewhere. What happens to it when it swirls down the drain? The Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) worked with the team at First Fight animation studio to create a video describing one of the most complex systems in the world. “Where Does the Water Go?” uses vibrant animation and simple explanations to show you what goes on beneath the pavement. The Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) is dedicated to efficiently delivering the nation’s best water and wastewater services to southeast Michigan. We provide nearly 40 percent of Michigan’s population with water of unquestionable quality, as well as effective and efficient wastewater services to nearly 30 percent of the state. |
