Michigan Health and Hospital Association Explains How COVID Response Differs Now from First Wave

RuthAnne Sudderth from the Michigan Health & Hospital Association, says that the first wave had pockets of COVID-19 surges in the State and country, allowing for more resources and staff to be brought in from less affected areas. With the current surge, most areas are affected and are not able to provide as many resources and staffing in an overflow situation.
