Senator Rosemary Bayer from Michigan’s 12th District says that the Governor’s administration has been victim of “frivolous lawsuits,” and that the State has been “ahead of the game” on nursing home patient protections and vaccinations, pointing out that the State did not require nursing homes to house COVID-19 patients, rather providing incentives to house such patients under specific guidelines for safety.
