Meijer CEO, Rick Keyes, at a press conference at Ford Field, reviewed three ways in which people can register to be vaccinated at the Ford Field mass vaccination site in Detroit, including online at meijer.com/register/CL2021 , by texting ENDCOVID to 75049 and by the MIchigan Department of Health and Human Services hotline at 888-535-6136 (press 1) Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Keyes also said that those registered through Meijer to be in line for a COVID-19 vaccine who would like to have the opportunity to be vaccinated at the Ford Field site will need to register again specifically for the mass vaccination site, but that this will not remove them from the line at general Meijer lcoations.
