Dr. David Donaldson, Vice Chief of Beaumont Troy Emergency Room, says not every patient that comes to the emergency room is being tested for COVID-19, due to lack of supply, so the ER is treating everybody as if they have COVID-19 in order to stay safe, taking extra safety measures to prevent asymptomatic spread of the virus.
