Captain Dan Edwards, Bloomfield Township Police Department, says residents are being very compliant with the recently implemented executive order 2020-147 requiring individuals to wear facial coverings whenever they are in public indoor spaces or crowded public outdoor spaces, allowing departments such as Bloomfield Township’s Police to focus more on education and assistance in implementation of policies.
