Gretchen Whitmer Extends Stay-At-Home Order, Begins Preliminary Re-Opening of Michigan’s Economy

In a press conference, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced Executive Order 2020-59, extending her previously-issued Stay-At-Home Order to May 15, 2020, while lifting some of the previous order’s restrictions.

Additionally, Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order included rules regarding wearing facial protection in public and regulations on labor such as landscaping services and recreational activities such as boating and golfing.
