Eric Wallis, President of Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital, believes that people have proven to not be able to be trusted to take the proper precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and that restrictions should be put in place (where necessary) to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, as personal responsibility models have not been viable in Michigan as of late.
