Kids on the Go is a pediatric non-profit program designed to provide children with special needs (3-17 years) with physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapies both over the summer months and during the school year. Development Manager Katie Shubnell joins us to ensure that children get the therapy they need, whether its literal therapy or other ways to express their feelings and learn about themselves.

Denise Smith and “Hope Starts Here” make an effort to unify the vision of what early childhood can look like in Detroit, as well as develop a a Community framework that can make that vision a reality. Hope Starts Here will be holding their fifth virtual summit November 16 and November 18 to discuss social justice and early childcare, and you’re more than welcome to stop by!

Jeromie Ortiz of Busch’s Fresh Food Market lays out the benefits, opportunities, and industry knowledge they offer to new employees.
