MHSAA Official Says Football Decision Based Solely on Change of Governor’s Order

John Johnson, Director of Broadcast Properties at the Michigan High School Athletic Association, says that the decision to postpone the football season that was made in August was due to restrictions under Executive Order 160, and that recent reversals and new executive orders from Governor Gretchen Whitmer made reversing that decision permissible for the MHSAA.
