Brenda Carter of Michigan’s 29th District, says that meetings will be held as early as Monday night in order for the Governor’s office and the Michigan Legislature to discuss further steps in the State’s response to the pandemic after the Governor’s powers under the Executive Powers of the Governor Act of 1945 were revoked by the Michigan Supreme Court.
