Oakland Community College Chancellor, Peter Provenzano, Jr. says that Oakland Community College is participating in an effort known as Oakland 80 by 30, an effort to ensure that 80% of the County population is educated with a two or four-year degree by 2030, and that now is the perfect time to pursue such education due to the number of programs that are providing ample financial aid or cost-free education.
