Kristen Nelson, Oakland County Commissioner, says that residents of some municipalities will NOT be eligible for certain grants through Oakland County due to their municipalities receiving direct Federal C.A.R.E.S. Act dollars rather than funds distributed to those municipalities from the County’s C.A.R.E.S. Act allotment.
