David Coulter, Oakland County Executive, says he understands the urgency for people to pay their landlords and that the County is turning funds around as quickly as he can to get unemployed residents money through the County’s new grant program, which was recently approved by the Board of Commissioners and is funded by Federal C.A.R.E.S.
