Mayor Ethan Baker from the City of Troy says that he is very excited for Troy’s restaurants to be permitted to hold indoor dining as the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services epidemic order lifts some restrictions on these businesses, but worries that the 25% indoor capacity limit may not be enough allowance to be helpful to these struggling businesses.
