In this episode, Officer Rick Trabulsy is joined by US Postal Inspector Wylie R. Christopher from the United States Postal Inspection Service. This department investigates any crime against the postal service or any that use the US mail as a vehicle for crime, such as mail fraud, distribution of child pornography, attacks on postal workers, biological threats sent through the mail and many others. These crimes are discussed, as well as the Tip of The Day, which regards identity theft.
