West Bloomfield School District Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Assessment and Instruction, Deanna Barash, says that the variety of courss offered at the high school and need for mobility of students throughout the facility in order to provide those programs is the key reason why a similar, cohort approach as is being operated at the K-8 level, is not viable at West Bloomfield High School.
