Carol helped organize the first women’s in-line hockey team in Michigan and she mentions the challenges and impact. Then, West Bloomfield High School Boys Varsity Basketball coach, Arnette Jordan talks about the big game tonight versus Orchard Lake St. Mary’s with Kevin McIntosh! Coach Jordan brings up his success over the past few seasons and what contributed to building this program. Kevin inquires about the matchup between the rival schools and what the coach’s plans are to upset against the #1 school in Division 1!
Also, local business owner and licensed esthetician, Latoya Mojet comes on The Splash Live with Kevin McIntosh to talk about her business services including 1-on-1 makeup tutorials for local women. Latoya mentions the effect that makeup has on women empowerment and the feedback she gets from the Keego Harbor, Michigan community.
Finally, Kevin McIntosh talks about a new crosswalk coming to a busy intersection, available services for veterans, upcoming St. Patrick’s Day events, monthly tornado siren tests and STEAM programs in West Bloomfield.
