Ann Arbor Film Festival Director Says Festival is More of Art Show Than a Movie-Going Experience

Ann Arbor Film Festival Director, Leslie Raymond, explained that, because so many of the films shown at the festival are experimental or avant-garde, the experience is more like that of going to an art museum, where the viewer is interpreting the art that they are consuming and making their own meaning out of it rather than be told the meaning of the story by the films themselves.
