Mayor Ethan Baker from the City of Troy says that many small, independently-owned businesses in the local area, including some in Troy, are struggling to handle all of the economic limitations and shutdowns during the pandemic and without support from a large main corporate backer are at a critical financial point where some may have to close permanently if further aid does not come soon.
