Lori Ward, Director of the Northville Downtown Development Authority, says that the City Council has provided road space for local eateries and shops to move some business outdoors and will continue to make efforts such as “heat in the street” and their social zone in order to attract people to visit local businesses and the downtown as they maintain social distancing and other safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
