Peter M. Provenzano, Jr., Chancellor of Oakland Community College, says that virtual learning has created more work for instructors and been more time consuming, and requires more upkeep than in-person learning, making it as much or more expensive than traditional learning, which is why tuition prices at OCC have remained the same despite classes being mostly online this semester.
