Mayor Ethan Baker from the City of Troy says that the recent MI Vacc to Normal Plan’s relaxed office rules may be the first step to helping retail, restaurant and other businesses in the City return to more normal operations, as office workers may begin returning to in-person work, providing a great need and opportunity for commerce during the work-week for commuters.
